
The DiCE’s project (project’s number: 2022-1-FR01-KA220-ADU-000088511) main objective is to introduce new practices of citizenship and digital citizenship by exploring emerging digital technologies as a source and a medium for creating pedagogical material in the sector of Adult Education.
Its partnership is the following:
- The coordinator is Association de Sauvegarde de l’Enfant a l’Adulte from France.
There are another 5 partners from 4 different countries:
- Eurospeak Limited from Ireland
- Active Citizens Partnership from Greece
- CSI CENTER FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION and Oxygono are both from Cyprus and
- Mine Vaganti NGO from Italy.
DiCE project aims to:
- Develop an educational programme on digital citizenship.
- Incorporate inclusion strategies for marginalised groups in its programme.
- Implement that programme in 5 EU member states (France, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Ireland) by training adult educators.
- Create an innovative digital toolkit.
- Promote digital citizenship in adult education and other sectors across the EU.
DiCE Operational Demonstration Event in Ireland
On the 7th of February 2025, twelve participants attended the Operational Demonstration Event that was organised by Eurospeak. A special focus was laid on the DiCE Training Toolkit. Participants had the chance to navigate into the DiCE’s learning platform (for those interested into it, you can access it here) and explore its 6 Modules and their lessons. The aim of this operational demonstration event was to enable interactive engagement of the participants with the DiCE platform.
DiCE Interactive Workshops are coming soon!
Two DiCE Interactive workshops are going to take place in Dublin in different locations. Whether you are an educator, student, community leader or anyone interested in civic engagement and digital literacy, this event will be a great opportunity to connect, learn and contribute to meaningful discussions.
Through hands-on activities, discussions and collaborative exercises, participants will explore how digital tools and emerging technologies can enhance civic engagement, foster inclusivity and strengthen democratic participation. The workshop will provide valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of digital education, equipping attendees with practical knowledge and strategies for active citizenship in the digital era.
