The Erasmus+ project KidLe – “Developing an intercultural game as a pedagogic tool for the inclusion of pupils with migrant background in new learning environments” – has reached a key milestone with the start of Work Package 3: Integration and Digitisation of the Gaming Pack. (KidLe Games)
Following months of co-creation activities across five countries, five unique intercultural board games were developed, each rooted in the contributions of local children, parents, and educators. Now, these games are being transformed into an interactive, multilingual digital pack that will be accessible to children aged 4–8 across Europe.

The digital version of the KidLe games will be:
- Interactive: Children will play using drawing tools, voice recording, multiple-choice, and memory games.
- Inclusive: Games will be translated into all partner languages and one major migrant language per country.
- Accessible: Available in both printed and digital formats, to be used in schools and at home.
Each game maintains its original playful logic while adapting to a digital interface. Technical specifications have been designed to ensure intuitive gameplay, solo or in multiplayer mode, with features such as digital dice, avatars, real-time lobbies, and drawing canvases.
A Pedagogical Handbook is also being developed to support educators and families in using the games to foster language learning, intercultural dialogue, and inclusive classroom environments.
