Nine partner representatives met online for the first time on the10th of October 2025 and ten partner representatives of the six partners of the Bright Mind project met again online for the second time yesterday, on the 18th of November 2025 to get to know each other and start organising their next activities. These online meetings lasted for about an hour.
Summing up what has been discussed during these two meetings, it can be said that in the beginning, partners had the chance to briefly present their organisations and their experience in terms of Erasmus+ projects. Following, the coordinator from Spain informed all partners about managerial issues and then the two partners from Bulgaria and Poland updated the rest of the partners on the first activities regarding the second work package. More concrete, they started developing the methodology for collecting and processing best practices and presented the relevant templates so that all partners can start working on gathering their best practices.
Dissemination issues were also discussed and the dissemination strategy was presented by the Bulgarian partner who is the project’s dissemination leader. They had also provided several logo options and partners voted for their preferred one towards the end of October 2025. The first Newsletter will be drafter next month, in December 2025.
What’s coming next?
The Kick-off meeting that will take place in the beautiful city of Burgos on the 10th and on the 11th of December 2025, is the next big thing and all partners are looking forward to it!
Last but not least, the project’s website is currently under the designing phase and will be launched in January 2026.
