The I’M NEW – The Future Of Neuromarketing project has recognised the importance of social media marketing in the digital age and has taken an innovative approach to develop courses and activities aimed at upskilling NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) in this dynamic field. The project aims to equip NEETs with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the ever-evolving world of social media marketing.

I’M NEW – The project on the future of neuromarketing: 

The Erasmus+ project I’M NEW – The Future Of Neuromarketing aims to provide youth workers and NEETs with quality educational resources, both theoretical and practical, on social media, digital, neuro, and nano-marketing to develop their needed skills for emerging jobs in the current labour market to overcome rising youth unemployment. This project recognises the importance of digital skills in today’s labour market and seeks to equip NEETs with the necessary tools to succeed in the digital age. 

Course Development: 

The project’s courses are designed to provide NEETs with a solid foundation in social media marketing as well as digital, neuro, and nano marketing. Participants learn about different social media platforms, their functions, the role of people who choose to work in this field, and the job market opportunities that exist. The courses also focus on the skills needed to work in this sector and the relationships that must be built with the different target groups and suppliers. By acquiring these skills, NEETs are better able to navigate the complexities of social media marketing and achieve business results. 

Non-formal education activities: 

Complementary to the courses, the project includes interactive non-formal education activities that enable NEETs to gain practical experience in social media marketing. These activities include developing social media strategies, creating social media content, and conducting analysis to develop the profile of their target audience. By actively participating in these activities, NEETs gain practical experience and improve their problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
