The 3rd Implementation Meeting of the READ project was successfully held last week in Dublin, on the 8th and 9th of July 2025. It was hosted by Eurospeak at the campus of Trinity College and in total 15 partner representatives from all partner organisations attended it.
The main topic of discussion was the piloting of the READ Project Training Programme in Schools in partners’ countries. Its results were presented thoroughly by the Bulgarian partner, RIA. After that, MOZ, the coordinator from Poland, continued with the consolidated report from the pilot testing. Starting with a preface and a short description of the profile of the participants, the report continued with the overall impressions of the piloting.

Moving on, SMART and Eurospeak highlighted the improved version of the Online Educational Resources, as some points for improvement and minor corrections needed, which were spotted during the piloting phase, had been completed. Partners stated that during the piloting, students liked the OER site a lot and they found it inspiring! In addition, teachers were happy to see their students motivated to read more! SMART then continued with the digitalisation of the training toolkit.
The first day, partners had the chance to enjoy a common lunch to a nearby restaurant altogether, during which they had the chance to get to know each other better and try some local dishes.
The next day, SMART as the lead partner of dissemination, updated the rest of the partners about the dissemination activities that have been done by the consortium; 83 dissemination activities in terms of posts to the social media and of articles on partners’ websites have been done so far. Local dissemination events and the Final Conference in Poland were discussed right after.
Lastly, MOZ informed partners on managerial and financial issues and on topics related to the final report. Towards the end of this meeting, participants were asked to fill in an evaluation questionnaire, and Eurospeak handed out the Certificates of Attendance.
The rest of the day was free, so partners enjoyed sightseeing in Dublin!
